This cheese is delicate, soft, creamy with that distinct
goat cheese flavor. I found this little
gem at the Farmers Market on Manning, another great find. The cheese comes from the Bookara Goat Dairy,
located at near Geraldton, Western Australia, where apparently they play music
to their goats.
I also bought the Romano style cheese – equally delicious. What can I say, I really really love goats cheese.
